Ticket Questions

There will be wristbands for VIP ticket purchasers ONLY. You will receive your wristband upon scanning your ticket.
We currently do not have any upgrades available. We recommend you purchase your VIP ticket as there’s a limited amount.
You can buy up to 8 tickets.
  • Zedd & Louis The Child perform on Saturday, October 27th.
  • Odesza & RL Grime perform on Sunday, October 28th
You may transfer your ORDER to another person, but not an individual ticket ( if you’ve purchased more than 1).
Access to the festival for 1 or 2 days. (Varies by ticket purchased)

Travel Questions

There are number of hotels located within walking distance of the venue.
There is a parking garage and lot across the street.

Venue Questions

The festival is 18+ to enter, 21+ to drink.

There will not be bottle service.

The event will be inside at the Wisconsin Center.

Guidelines

  • Guest must be recognizable from government issued identification
  • Includes any full-face makeup or paint that would interfere with identification process.
  • Entire costume must be easy to fully remove.
  • No batteries larger than AA.
  • No Police, Fire Department, Military, SWAT, security, or Public Safety costumes.
  • No handcuffs.
  • No weapon or weapon accessories including swords, daggers, axes or guns.
  • No chains, ropes, whips or metal spikes.
  • No glass or ceramic masks or costume pieces.
  • No dust masks or gas masks of any kind.
  • No fake drugs or fake paraphernalia.

Jawbreaker reserves the right to deny entry for costumes that are deemed not within these guidelines. Guidelines are subject to change.

  • NO glass in any form
  • NO weapons of any kind
  • NO paint of any kind including paint markers and spray paint
  • NO pens or markers
  • NO fireworks
  • NO illegal substances of any kind (including medical marijuana)
  • NO illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • NO oils or salts
  • NO prescription drugs that are being shared with others
  • NO products that are being used or may be used for an unintended purpose that could be hazardous to your health or the health of others
  • NO opened or unsealed cigarettes
  • NO electronic cigarettes or vapor cigarettes
  • NO large chains
  • NO metal spikes
  • NO laser pointers
  • NO large umbrellas
  • NO frisbees
  • NO opened tampons – MUST be factory sealed
  • NO pacifiers
  • NO opened/ unsealed over the counter medications/vitamins
  • Can request certain OTC from on-site medical
  • NO vending without permit allowed
  • NO bicycles, scooters, go carts, or ATVs
  • NO skateboards, roller blades or skates
  • NO animals or pets
  • Service Animals/ Guide dogs okay with valid credentials
  • NO coolers
  • NO outside food or beverage
  • NO Kandi bracelets, necklaces or mask
  • NO open containers
  • NO backpacks or bags
  • Nothing larger than a medium sized purse (9W x 25H x 17.5D)
  • NO aerosol cans, regardless of content
  • NO flammable products or materials
  • NO projectiles or explosives
  • NO knives or sharp objects (including spiked jewelry)
  • NO water guns or misters
  • NO chairs
  • NO flyers, stickers, posters
  • NO drones and/or other similar flying apparatus
  • NO blankets or plastic tarps
  • NO sleeping bags
  • NO cameras
  • Includes GoPro’s
  • Simple point and shoot cameras

  • NO selfie sticks
  • NO tactical gear
  • NO musical instruments of any kind including whistles
  • NO LED of any kind
  • NO glow sticks or glow gloves

  • NO totems, flag poles or flags

  • NO Camelbacks or Bota Bags
  • NO item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or inflict damage to people and goods in the sole discretion of event staff.

Subject to the discretion of the venue, you may bring the following objects to the Event:

  • Factory sealed cigarettes
  • Sealed non-aerosol sunscreen and cosmetic products (max. 3 oz or 90ml)
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats
  • Fanny packs
  • Factory sealed lip balm
  • Factory sealed gum and or mints (NO CANDY)
  • Service animals
  • Person with disabilities, or service animals in-training, must be wearing appropriate apparel and must possess current credentials from an accredited service animal school

PRESCRIPTION & OTC MEDICATIONS

Prescription medications are allowed only in original prescription bottle. Any persons attempting to bring in prescription medication must have valid government issued identification that matches full name printed on prescription; pills in bottle must match description printed on prescription. If person has mixed pills in a single prescription container, or if person is attempting to enter with pills in non-prescription container, medical representatives should be involved to make final determination on if pills should be allowed into the venue.
 

Over the counter (OTC) medications are allowed providing they are new and in original factory sealed container.

All guest are subject to search prior to entry into Jawbreaker, including member of the media. By requesting entry into the event, attendees are subject to a thorough pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Jawbreaker shall, at all times, reserves the right to deny any persons entry into, or to eject any person from, the event who are in violation of rules; rules may be updated at any time, with or without notice.
